It is true that there is never any profit

In discussion of The Truth

All ideas that arise

Are snuffed out in the end

So why do we want to deliberate The Way?

To deliberate is to de- liberate, indeed.

At one time I enjoyed such discourse

And I dined upon it at every opportunity.

Now I see that every mouthful

Only fills your gut with misdirection.

Who needs that?

It is like a secret –

To hear it, you must be very quiet

Lest you hear incorrectly

And misunderstand it all.
