Bricks of Religion

Men stack laws of their own creation
Like bricks
As though they believe that by doing so
They may erect a structure
Able to contain God
(Or worse yet)
In which they somehow feel
God is obliged to dwell.

There is no such dwelling, other than Spirit
And  Spirit would never attempt to use something
As flimsy as bricks.
